Again, welcome to Artistic Images.  I have been tattooing now for 28 years. My journey started in 1980 under the direction of Peter Tat-2 Poulos in Denver, Colorado. I am grateful for his teachings and the encouragement he always gave me. As a female, back in the day, let’s just say there were many challenges and choosing tattooing as an art form was even more challenging. I was determined to do what I felt was the right thing for me.

I enjoy large scale work down to kanji. Lettering is one of my favorites too. I adore black and gray style tattooing...creating “artistic images” pleasing to the eye.

I’m a National Tattoo Association member, 26 years strong, attended over 100 conventions, and have over 70 National award’s to my credit.  I now own a studio in Costa Rica, named Anchors End Tattoo, and co-own our newest venture, Artistic Images with Eric Smith. We are pleased to bring something new to the streets...a tattoo/photography studio.

It is my desire to continue to bring to you a “free hand” style approach to an ancient art form that is classic and enduring.
